Revit Technician

Ref:BM216

This is an exciting opportunity for a Revit Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy on a range of multidiscipline projects in their offices in St Albans.

Role responsibilities include:

Work alongside mechanical, electrical, and public health design engineers and help deliver on a range of multidiscipline projects
Take designs produced by engineers and translate this into architectural models using Revit software
Develop 2D drawings that coincide with RIBA Wok Stages 1 through to 5
Coordinate MEP services with building structures and other related servicesThe ideal candidate will have:

Have a relevant building services degree or related technical qualification
Relevant experience within a Revit MEP Technician role
Good understanding of the Building Services industry and UK building regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Full UK driving license and live within a commutable distance to the St Albans officeBenefits of the role include:
