About the Role

As a Secondary School Psychology SEN TA, you will work closely with students, offering tailored support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in psychology and a passion for education and training. You'll play a key role in supporting students with SEN, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to implement strategies that foster their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, working closely with the teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
Work with the school's educational psychologist to develop and implement tailored interventions.
Support students' social and emotional development through structured activities and guidance.
