We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team and are recruiting for a Sales Manager based out of our clients busy site in the Camberley area
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* To establish and develop the sales team
* Implement Sales Targets and introduce commissions based on new sales targets
* Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
* Meeting planned sales goals.
* Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
* Tracking sales goals and reporting results monthly
* Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
* Coordinating marketing for lead generation.
* The implementation and maintaining Lead Generation
* Customer Development
* Developing and maintaining a strong marketing strategy
* The employment and training of a successful Sales team.
* Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
* Sales calls, (in person, via email & phone)
* Promoting the organisation and services
Skills & Requirements:
* You will have experience within a Sales Management role from within the Courier/Freight industry
* An excellent understanding of the Courier & Freight industry
* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Experience managing and directing a sales team.
* Understanding of Marketing and marketing development
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Dedication to providing great customer service.
* Ability to lead a sales team.
