Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their facilities team during a six-week period. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel.
Responsibilities:
Arrange regular maintenance for equipment and internal systems.
Manage the Visa payment process with suppliers.
Address escalated or general queries from stores.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of utilities contracts.
Respond to specific contract inquiries.
Update databases with information obtained from the wider facilities team regarding projects.
Provide specific utilities-related data.
Assist Facilities Managers in delivering effective responses to the business.
Monitor external activities such as waste disposal and recycling.
Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners, including suppliers, insurance agents, and security guards.Requirements:
Proven experience in administration, preferably in a facilities or similar environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities, supporting their team during the recruitment process for a new Facilities Coordinator.
