This growing residential developer and builder based in Sutton, Surrey is in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing commercial team.
 
Once on board, your responsibilities will extend from the office environment to hands-on involvement in a variety of live projects, which are due to go to site towards the end of the year. This business sets their Quantity Surveyors up to be the commercial face of the business across their projects, with support from the highly efficient and experienced commercial lead & MD. This setup offers capable and confident individuals the opportunity to progress and learn quickly, with a high level of direct project and client exposure.
 
As party of smaller team, you will get full life cycle project experience and huge amounts of exposure to every aspect of the developments which will allow the right person to learn fast and progress faster. This role will suit someone who is knowledgeable, hungry to learn and happy to muck in when needed.
