Our client, a fast growing Brewery based in Surrey/ Sussex is looking to grow their sales team in line with the growth of the company.
Having been established for over 10 years now, our client can now produce 100,000 litres of beer a month in their new 4000 square foot, purpose-built state of the art brewery.
Their Award-winning products are found in local pubs, hotels, restaurants and retailers across Surrey, East and West Sussex, Berkshire, Hampshire and London.
Roles + Responsibilities:
* Aim to grow business by visiting small businesses and building relationships via visits. (On trade such as independent pubs)
* Look to grow business in the West/ South West/ South East regions.
* Revisit dormant accounts.
* Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products.
* Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
* Cross sell and upsell the companies different products and brands.
The ideal candidate:
* An existing client portfolio within the industry (preferred)
* A passion for beer
* Willingness to develop a deep knowledge base into brewing process, beer types and styles.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently.
Package
* Competitive salary, dependant on experience and the individual.
* Bonus structure.
* 45p per mile for fuel
