Role Overview: 

As a Planner you will play a crucial role in ensuring that project planning and programming meet the necessary standards. Additionally, you will provide functional leadership, adhere to company procedures, and fulfil project requirements to ensure effective management and commercial protection. You will be involved in the early stages of planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure they meet project specifications, budgets, and deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the site team and main contractor to ensure fully integrated project schedules are sequenced correctly for successful project completion.

Study specifications, drawings, and relevant contract documents alongside engineers and surveyors to ensure effective planning and programming.

Provide regular progress reports to help the site team understand the project’s status.

Liaise with the project team to produce and issue progress reports, percentages, and drop-down programs in alignment with best practices, company procedures, and project requirements for proper management and commercial protection.
