We are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer - Plumbing & Heating who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer - Plumbing & Heating, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Engineer - Plumbing & Heating, will be responsible for:

* Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract.

* Ensuring that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance is completed in line with contractual obligations.

* Ensuring all building fabric elements are functional.

* Operational within design parameters, carrying out reactive repairs within agreed response.

* Ensuring all reactive calls are closed out in line with contractual time scales.

* Expected to anticipate, diagnose and repair faults.

* Recording accurately on work sheet and computer-based system.

* Complete any ADHOC duties assigned.

* Responsible for ensuring equipment and plant/rooms/services are kept clean, safe, and secure.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - Plumbing & Heating role you must have:

* Apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ qualification in Heating and / or plumbing.

* Carrying tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.

* Worked on ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.

* Available to join a call out rota.

* Hold a full UK driving license.
