We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global facilities management service provider to find a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in West Sussex.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring that maintenance schedules are up to date and maintained as required, and assisting in the support of other team members in completing work.
  • Completing tasks in accordance with recognized training and qualifications, and carrying out fault finding and defect rectification on installed plant and equipment.
  • Becoming familiar with the operation and maintenance of various systems and equipment installed in the premises.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognized qualification in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical engineering (C&G, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
