Key responsibilities include:

Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs, utilizing our chemical engineering manufacturing capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, engineering, maintenance, facilities, and production, to develop and optimize processes and products for specific applications and industries.
Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and process simulations to assess the viability and scalability of new products and applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to sales and marketing teams, including participating in customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Lead or support new product development projects from concept to commercialization, including process design, optimization, and scale-up activities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to chemical engineering manufacturing, and incorporate them into our product development and application strategies.
Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to communicate project findings and recommendations effectively.
Desired skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degree desireable
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hands on engineering position, with a focus on process development, applications engineering, or product development / maintenance – experience in maintenance / process engineering etc. to strengthen your understanding of various machinery and supplementing products used in the upkeep of this machinery is beneficial
Strong technical knowledge of chemical engineering principles, processes, and equipment, with experience in chemical manufacturing or process / metal working industries beneficial
Proficiency in the use of CRM software (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce) is helpful
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
