Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Business Services Company in the Watford area. You will ideally be an enthusiastic, proactive person, ready to feel part of their friendly and informal working environment.
What the job will involve:
* Answering the telephone
* Dealing with emails
* Maintain and update in house databases and online compliance records
* Filing of all paperwork, both hard copies and electronically
* Dealing with daily post, outgoing and incoming
* Keep all archived files logged and in order
Person required will have:
* Good attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Confidence talking on the telephone
* Good IT skills
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to use own initiative when managing workload
