My client are a regional contractor delivering high quality projects across the North West. Their experience spans across a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Retail, with projects valued up to £20m.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team. Coins experience is required.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Issuing of sub-contractor tender enquiries
Evaluation of sub-contractor quotations
Site measurement of building works undertaken
Assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports
Preparing and submission of monthly Profit and Loss reports
Agreement of Client variations
Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
