The Role:
  • Currently, they are looking to expand their Commercial team due to recent project wins in Manchester & Cheshire.
  • Projects typically cover commercial, industrial, multi-storey residential, heritage, and leisure sectors.
  • They seek an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to collaborate closely with the Commercial team on an £8 million new build care home project in Cheshire, working alongside the operations and technical teams to ensure a successful commercial outcome.
You:
  • They are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor capable of handling subcontract packages from initiation to completion.
  • Applicants should have prior experience in a similar role with building contractors or subcontractors and should be based in or able to commute daily to Cheshire.
  • Proficiency in IT and familiarity with JCT Contracts are prerequisites.
