About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day. The role has become available due to an expansion in our team, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional support to our students. As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, engaging with small groups and individual students to enhance their learning experiences. You will be an integral part of our school community, contributing to our inclusive and nurturing environment.
Application Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Ability to manage and support students with varying needs, including those with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Leading small group activities and interventions.
• Providing one-on-one support for students who require additional assistance.
• Preparing and maintaining classroom resources.
