Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in our Ofsted-rated school in the Brent area.

About the Role:
  • Support students with special educational needs in their daily activities
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Provide one-on-one support to students
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure students' well-being
  • Document and communicate students' progress
Requirements:
  • Experience within a school or similar setting
  • Relevant HLTA Qualification (desired but not essential)
  • Understanding of SEND and best practice
  • Experience with challenging behaviour
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Right to work in the UK
