Our Client a privately owned and well established business based in South Devon are looking for an additional Experienced Lettings Negotiator to compliment an already successful team.
You will have a well-rounded approach that focuses on customer service and building a good relationship with both existing and potential clients. Excellent verbal communication and negotiating skills, able to work well under pressure, with good organisation skills whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times, competent in computer and software packages. Training will be given in all aspects of the job role.
Duties will include:
* Photograph and write property descriptions
* Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date
* Managing client paperwork with all required information
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
* Registration and qualifying of prospective tenants
* Matching tenants to the appropriate properties
* Book and carry out viewings
* Liaising between tenants and landlords
* Carry out Property inspections
* Referencing and start of tenancy paperwork
* Occasional Property valuations
* You must have a valid UK driving licence
