Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the property industry, working with a leading estate agency in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a target-driven mindset
  • Able to generate new business in a competitive environment
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
