About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN-TA specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (supporting non-verbal students) to join our team in Harrow, London. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring their individual needs are met in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly those who are non-verbal.

• Strong understanding of ASD and related learning difficulties.

• Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs or related field (desirable).

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in both academic and social settings.

• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
