Key Responsibilities:

* Generating leads, and making outbound calls & on boarding new clients

* Lead generation of potential new clients via our internal database or other means

* Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts

* Develop continuing relationships with existing customers with an aim to increase their monthly spend

* Ensure all client expectations and needs are not only met but exceeded, thereby fostering long-term relationships.

* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

* Regularly assess client feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall client experience.

The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

* Computer literate, including MS Excel

* Excellent organisational skills

* A willing and flexible attitude
