Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £48k Basic (DOE), realistic £52k including bonus + great benefits below:

Our Client is a market leading manufacture. They are looking for candidates who could be from the following industries with solid transferable skills:

* Forklifts, Agricultural Machinery or Construction Plant

* Technical Trainer – Wheeled Vehicles

* Armed Forces – e.g. REME

* HGV, LGV or PSV

You’ll receive first class initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. You will support Engineers in the Field & Workshop and Service Controllers. Things you’ll be doing include:

* Ensuring Engineers are completing the right jobs in good time

* Maximise Parts efficiency

* Analyse faults to increase FTF rate

* Manage fleet

There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:

* Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points)

* Experience repairing wheeled vehicles.

* NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in relevant engineering area would be an advantage.

* A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.

* Training or Mentoring other engineers

What they offer:

* Basic up to £48k depending on experience

* £52k Realistic OTE in the first year

* 25 Days Holiday + BH + Additional day per year + the ability to buy & sell days

* £200 Gym subsidy

* Annual Bonus approx. £1.5k per year

* Full Manufactures Specialist Training Phone & PDA

* Pension Contribution 7% on TOTAL earnings

* Specialist Tools Provided

* Income Protection Insurance 75% of Salary

* Sick pay after probation

* Days - Monday – Friday
