Role Overview:

As a Design Manager, you will oversee a prestigious high-end residential fit-out project in Mayfair. Your expertise in high-spec joinery and stonework will be crucial in delivering a project that meets our high standards of luxury and sophistication. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure every detail is perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design process from conception to completion for high-end residential projects.

* Manage and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

* Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exquisite, functional designs.

* Oversee the development of detailed drawings and specifications, focusing on high-spec joinery and stonework.

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
