Project Manager - West Midlands - Main Contractor
Skilled Careers are currently partnered with a Main Contractor working on a Major Project who are looking for a Project Manager to join the team, looking after the frame packages.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience within a Project Manager role looking after a structural package
Take responsibility of the coordination between construction, design, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure timely commencement of structure sub-contracts.
Lead on the progress reports on substructure works, costs, forecasts, and highlight any issues needing resolution.
Attend delivery meetings and support Structures SPM as required.
Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards and adherence to clients standards to promote defect-free works.
Clearly communicate with the Supply Chain to deliver on programme KPI's
