About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and innovative school environment. This new role reflects our commitment to enhancing our KS2 provision and involves working with a class of approximately 30 enthusiastic and curious students. The position is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a forward-thinking school community, with responsibilities including delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to student needs. The part-time schedule offers flexible hours, to be discussed further.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.

• Experience in teaching Key Stage 2, with a track record of helping students achieve their potential.

• Strong Classroom Management Skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

• Innovative Teaching Methods to engage students in both core and creative subjects.

• Understanding of SEN and a commitment to inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.

• Assess and Track Progress: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

• Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture.

• Support SEN Students: Implement strategies to support students with special educational needs.

• Encourage Parental Involvement: Engage with parents and guardians to support student development.
