Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Business Sales Executive to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who is seeking to support their growth plans by generating new business, improving retention, and building on client engagement.

Principal Responsibilities for the Business Sales Executive:

* Make 50+ phone calls per day to prospects.

* Develop an expert understanding of the client's and the Group’s products and services.

* Maintain internal records and create a visible pipeline.

* Research and promote the value of the client's membership using materials from the Group and third-party providers.

* Report on campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.

* Help maintain social media accounts.

* Manage email distribution lists, including new subscriptions, opt-outs, and bounce backs.

* Work closely with both the client success and sales teams to build targeted client lists based on data and insights.

* Perform various ad-hoc tasks as needed in this broad role.

Person Specification:

* Possess strong sales and business development skills.

* Previous telesales experience within the professional services sector is an advantage.

* Experience in B2B is an advantage.

* High-level people skills with the ability to build successful and profitable business relationships.

* Excellent communication skills by telephone and in written communication.

* Ability to work to targets and KPIs to achieve results.

* Experience of using CRM systems.

* Demonstrable planning, organisational, and time management skills.

* Highly motivated and able to work independently.

* Possess a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.

Desirable:

* One year of previous experience working within a telesales position would be ideal.
