Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our production lines.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering department to implement process improvements and introduce new products to the market.
Design, verify, and implement jigs and components, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality standards.
Offer training and support to production teams, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and skills.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the production process.
Assemble automotive products with precision, and complete related documentation accurately and timely.
Efficiently operate computer systems and automotive technology tools, with a keen eye for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates holding technical certifications.
Proven experience in automotive manufacturing or a related technical field, demonstrating a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Basic computer proficiency, with experience in ERP systems considered an advantage.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands.
