HSE Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in England.

Responsibilities

Support and advise the Package and wider project team in all relevant package HSE Matters.
Conduct Audits and Inspections at Contractors Fabrication, pre-assembly and other work sites in line with the Audit and inspection plan.
Follow up on Audits and Safety Inspections outcomes and ensure all items are closed to BLP satisfaction.
Support the BLP on site Team with HSE expertise.
Control compliance with HSE Requirements during Fabrication, and Commissioning actives.
Monitor HSE performance (by inspection, audit, reviewing trends and analysing safety statistics).
Provide information for Back Office HSE Team ( safety metrics for monthly reporting).Requirements

Relevant experience as HSE advisor or similar for major offshore and/or maritime projects (min 3yrs).
Relevant experience as HSE advisor in construction.
HSE and technical educational qualifications in the related discipline.
level: technical bachelor/master or equivalent by experience
level: Prevention advisor level 1 or 2 or equal.
Excellent communication skills.
Working structured, pro-active and precise.
Driven team player and capable to enthuse people with respect to HSE.
Valid UK working rights
