In this role, you will be a crucial part of our client's customer service team, ensuring that all interactions with customers are handled professionally and efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer records
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Assisting with administrative tasks as requiredRequirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
