Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be required to oversee all quality control program within the company, You will work towards the goal that all products, services and processing will meet the customer requirements.

Key Responsibilites:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality control program, including inspections, tests, and audits.

• Conduct regular internal and external quality control audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

• Develop and maintain a system for monitoring and evaluating quality control data, and report findings.

• Identify and investigate quality control issues and recommend solutions to improve the quality of products, services, and processes.

• Work closely with the production, sales, and CAD teams to ensure that quality control considerations are integrated into the design, development, and production processes.

• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

The Person

• Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.

• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices, including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and Six Sigma.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyse complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, quality control procedures and root cause analysis.

Candidates applying for this position must have previous experience in a similar role, Quality Engineering, Qaulity Control, Inspection or Quality Assurance.

This is a full time permanent position, working with a forawrd thinking company is large growth vision.

Working days between 7.30am - 5pm
