Description

Manage patient records and coordinate appointments.
Liaise between patients and healthcare professionals.
Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure patient satisfaction.
Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Profile

A successful Patient Coordinator should have:

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal
