Salary: £44,000

Location: Doncaster

Hours: Days and nights on rotation (Panama shift)

Duties of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Being proactive within the job focussing on preventative maintenance as well as reactive maintenance of the infrastructure and Mechanical Control Systems.
Attending to breakdowns
Actively working on a continual improvement project to ensure yourself and the company are the best it can be
Dealing with PPM’s
Working within a team environment
Fault finding

Desired experience:

You must have at least Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based) but have experience within both sectors
Ideally have experience within a similar environment/ job role (FMCG) but not essential
Must have experience of working in a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role previously
Have experience of Fault finding within previous roles
Must have experience of working in a manufacturing environment previously
Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential)
Experience and knowledge with PLC’s – training will be given
Ideally have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, changing valves, conveyors and assembly machines
