This prestige client works with Impact Recruitment exclusively - this a new role due to the organisation's recent expansion.
This is a fast-paced role, working alongside a Project Manager to ensure all materials are on site prior to installations and keeping all clients informed of progress.
Duties and responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role include:
Providing a high level of customer service, keeping clients updated of progress
Work with the Project Manager to solve any potential challenges on a project
Placing supplier orders
Ensuring timescales and deadlines are met
Raising supplier purchase orders
Liaising with sub-contractors
Raising stock receipts and issuing notes
Arranging delivery logistics with freight forwarder/getting shipping schedules
Raising client invoicing
Skills and experience required for the Project Coordinator role:
Previous coordination experience would be ideal
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with a proactive attitude
Good telephone manner
Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
React to change quickly
