We have a fantastic temporary position available Our client, a Charity based in Alderley Edge, is seeking a Temporary Compliance Administrator to join their team for 2-3 months. This is your chance to provide essential support to a charity that offers educational and medical services to adults and individuals with complex needs.

As a Temporary Compliance Administrator, you will use your previous administration experience to handle various day-to-day duties. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting DBS checks, ensuring the safety and security of the organisation's staff and service users.
Performing ID checks and right to work checks to maintain compliance with legal requirements.
Handling references for potential employees, ensuring all necessary background checks are completed.
Assisting with the onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Accurate data entry into a CRM system to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Managing email communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
Supporting the recruitment team with any adhoc tasks as needed.We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a recruitment or compliance setting.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and working with CRM systems.
