Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Undertaking the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.
* This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
* Working on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.
* Working across a variety of manufacturer plants, for example, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG.
* Understanding installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures.
* Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* Keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have:
* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
* Relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
* Full current driving licence and be willing to participate in an On-Call rota.
* Capability of performing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
* Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a handheld computer device (PDA).
