If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our vibrant school community in Brent, London. In this role, you will provide essential support to students in Key Stage 2, focusing on boosters, interventions, and special educational needs. Your work will directly contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with primary school children, preferably within Key Stage 2.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality in the classroom.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the class teacher.
• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
• Work with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, as necessary.
• Help create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Support students with by implementing tailored interventions and booster sessions.
