About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) with a background in interventions to join our passionate team. This role will involve working closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted support to students, particularly focusing on boosting academic progress and addressing specific educational needs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring every child receives the individual attention and support required to thrive.

• Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions for Key Stage 2 students.

• Monitor and track the progress of students receiving intervention, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure maximum impact.

• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources, ensuring they are engaging and appropriate for students’ needs.
