About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a vibrant primary school in Enfield. In this role, you will leverage your creative talents to support the educational and emotional development of children with Special Needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in classroom activities and lessons
Implementing creative and engaging learning strategies
Providing one-on-one support to students with Special Needs
Collaborating with teachers to tailor educational plans.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:

Creative Background: Experience in art, drama, or a related creative field
Special Needs Experience: Previous experience supporting children with Special Needs, either personally or professionally
Commitment: Available to work from 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, on a long-term/full-time basis
