About the role of Health & Safety Advisor

The Health & Safety Advisor will be joining a phenomenal longstanding H&S team who have built an exceptional ethos within the business. Within the role of H&S advisor you will be responsible for supporting site teams and the wider business ensuring H&S is a priority throughout. The H&S advisor will be joining a £100M scheme for 3-4 years working for the local authority.

Responsibilities for Health & Safety Advisor

Proactively promote health and safety throughout the business, setting a good example to employees and stakeholders.
Support operational teams with H&S standards and maintenance of H&S standards.
Conduct risk assessments and audits.

Requirements for Health & Safety Advisor

Relevant degree or NEBOSH Diploma
CSCS Card
Previous experience with BS OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001
Up to date understanding of current Health & Safety legislation's.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

My client has an excessive order book spanning over the next five years, projects ranging from £250,000 - £30bn, Projects including HS2 & CP7/8
