Compliance and Faciities Agent

Are you immediately free for work and experienced within Compliance or Facilities. If so we would love to hear from you. We have an immediate temporary opportunity based in the High Peaks / Staffordshire Area working as a facilities agent. You will have experience in the management of grounds maintenance, health and safety, risk assessments & methods statements. This is a temporary role working Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm paying £12.09 per hour.

What you will be doing as a Compliance & Facilities Agent?

Support the management and monitoring or grounds maintenance.
Overseeing the communal cleaning
Being the first point of contact for contractors and residents
Ensuring compliance in communal areas is up to standard, removing any hazards and reporting repairs.
Monitoring the condition of play equipment and play areas.
Estate inspections - reporting any issues fly tipping.
Supporting the delivery of estate management including, tree management, gritting, environmental crime
Regular inspection of long-term voids and required compliance.
Compliance checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency light testing, fire risk assessments, evacuation plans and signage. Asbestos management legionella testing etc

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

If you have experience in enforcement, health and safety, site management, compliance or facilities.
You may have experience within housing, anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood management.
Experienced in dealing with estate management, risk assessments or tenancy conditions.

Weekly pay
£12.09 per hour
Monday- Friday - 9am - 5pm
Covering areas from High Peaks, Staffordshire Moorlands which includes Macclesfield & Leek
