We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a customer relations team on a temporary ongoing basis for a business based in Burton upon Trent.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring written and emailed feedback
Assessing and investigating complaints
Providing refunds where necessary
Other general admin and data entry duties
Requirements:
Previous office-based administration experience essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
