About the school:

Located in the vibrant and diverse area of Brent, London, our medium-sized school boasts a welcoming and inclusive environment with a student body of around 450 pupils. About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role has become available due to the retirement of a beloved staff member, and we are looking for someone who can bring fresh energy and ideas to our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for a class of around 25 enthusiastic and curious students, fostering a love for learning and helping them achieve their full potential. This role stands out because of our school’s strong emphasis on empathy, compassion, and lifelong learning. You will receive robust support from our administrative team and senior leadership, allowing you to focus on what you do best—teaching. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2.

• A deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Empathy, compassion, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and develop new teaching strategies.
