About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students in mainstream secondary schools. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting students individually to help them achieve their learning and behavioural goals.
Supporting the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Managing and supporting students with diverse behavioural needs, particularly those with SEND.
What We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development.
Ability to work well in a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in education, behaviour management, or SEND support are a plus but not essential.
