Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Repairs: Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance work for housing properties, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Repairs and Maintenance Team, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues, delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.
Liaison: Collaborate closely with contractors and in-house repair staff to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repair requests, work orders, and completed jobs in the system.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on maintenance activities and assist in preparing performance data for management.Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, ideally within a housing or property maintenance environment.
Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
