Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to the assessment and review of students' progress.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver personalised learning experiences.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Support the development of students' communication, independence, and life skills.Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a special needs setting is essential.
A deep understanding of various special educational needs, including autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' needs.
