Fire Door Installer

This job is being advertised by S&D Trade Recruitment Limited who operate as an employment business.

We are on the lookout for some fire door installers to join our valued client based in Brandon, working 8 hour days Mon-Fri.

Must have experience installing fire doors and be able to provide references for this work. Will be expected to complete at least 1 full install per day including linear gap firestopping and making good ready for decorating, alternatively can complete 2-3 full door upgrades as a minimum, there will be additional pay for any full installs completed after the required 1.

Van and fuel card provided, during the 13 week temp period must pick up and return to the office, after moving to permanent can take the van home but not allowed for personal use under any circumstances. Will also be provided with a uniform and Ipad to track jobs.

Must have own battery powered tools as shown at the bottom of the job description as there isnt always power on site, any tools broken due to working with the company will be replaced by the client.

You will be covering East Anglia, from the Brandon, Suffolk Branch, this includes Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge, Essex, Peterborough, and parts of Hertfordshire.

Must have CSCS and Asbestos Awareness

Tools Required to have

* Drill Driver

* Impact Driver

* SDS Drill

* Pin Gun (second fix)

* Router

* Planer

* Tracker saw

* Mitre saw this can be powered or hand for cutting trim and architraves

* 6 ft and 2 Ft levels Minimum

* Mastic gun

* Full set of Carpentry hand tools

* Trestles/Sawhorses
