Junior Audio Visual Support Technician

First Line support experience would be advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of, or a keen interest in AV solutions, including hardware and software, such as Microsoft Teams.

The Junior AV Support Technician will be the first point of contact for all AV issues, providing a first-class service to help provide the client with a high-quality collaboration experience.

This role requires standard business hour attendance with occasional early starts or late finishes depending on the special events, requiring support.

Technology experience required: Microsoft Teams, Copilot and aspects of M365 Suite.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and support AV solutions and modern workspace technology on clients’ sites

* Manage AV infrastructure, including physical equipment and associated management platforms

* Supporting all customer requirements for assistance with meeting rooms and event spaces

* Providing ‘white glove’ service for customer VIPs and C-suite execs

* Providing ad-hoc support and information to all customers

* Performing daily checks on all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces throughout our client’s HQ, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and fully functional

* Taking ownership of pre-booked meeting room support requests
