As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home.
Ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to the residents.
Managing and leading a team of care professionals.

A valid NMC nursing pin.
Experience in home management within an elderly care setting.
A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager.
An NVQ in social care management.If you've previously held or have an interest in any of the following roles, this Home Manager position could be of interest to you: Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager, Nurse Manager, Care Home Manager, or Elderly Care Manager.
