Our client are currently seeking experienced and talented Assistant Project Managers to join their high performing project teams in London. If you would like to join a company who wins high profile projects with blue chip clients, then this is the company for you.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Project/Contracts Manager in manging projects from conception to completion assisting with ensuring that the project team deliver on time and on budget to the highest standard of quality, safety & client satisfaction.

33 million Ground-up Construction Project- 6 storey New Building within Live Data Centre Campus
The Ideal Candidate
• Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years construction experience as an Assistant PM (Main Contractor experience required).
• 5+ years Main Contractor experience prior to Assistant Project Manage Role.
• Data Centre experience and a strong engineering background is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with the planning & delivery of complex projects.
• Strong numeracy and report writing skills.
• Ability to build & maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• Understands commercial realities; proposes cost-effective solutions.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package)
