About the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH to join our dynamic team. This full-time position has become available due to an expansion of our support services, reflecting our commitment to providing the best possible educational experience for our students.
As a key member of our support staff, you will be working with a small group of students, providing tailored assistance to help them overcome their challenges and thrive academically and socially.

• Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure cohesive support.
• Monitor and report on student progress.
