THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT ANALYST JOB:
Working directly with clinicians and medical practitioners, you will have a varied and rewarding role in responding to customer issues.

Using a ticketing system, you will prioritise, explore and endeavour to resolve issues. This often involves working with non-technical end users, helping them run diagnostic tests, reconfigure existing products, or recommending third-party solutions.
When necessary, you will escalate unresolved issues to developers and work with them to identify solutions.
The role will require independent work, however their team culture means no one is left to struggle.
Their newly refurbished office in Reading has a contemporary aesthetic, aiming to foster a sense of community and fun. For example, they frequently have socials, including burger nights and yoga nights. 

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

You must have a strong IT ability, and a basic level of coding would be of benefit.
Any computer science, IT or related education and background is desirable.
