We are currently seeking a motivated Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage our mechanical projects to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and tradespeople.

* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.

* Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the M&E industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects across various sectors.

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and installations, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

* Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

* Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
